Just a 3-hour drive from Sydney, this modern and comfortable retreat is all about relaxation. We’ve personally stayed here to make sure everything is in great condition and ready for guests to enjoy. You’ll have secure onsite parking for one vehicle in a lock-up garage, with easy access via lift or stairs. The pool is right out front and visible from the balcony—perfect for a refreshing dip or simply soaking up the laid-back coastal vibe. The beach is an easy walk away, making it simple to enjoy the sand and surf. Just keep in mind the walk back is uphill—great for working off those beach days and best enjoyed at a relaxed pace. Start your mornings on the front balcony with a coffee in hand, watching the sun rise over the ocean. On a clear day, the views are simply unforgettable. This unit is very convenient, and also has lift access from the car park. The front door leads you down to the pool area via a small set of stairs and a grassed walk. A short drive into Blackhead will give you cafes, a bistro and a very well stocked supermarket.

No smoking anywhere on the property or within the complex, including the apartment, balcony, garage, and all common areas. Quiet hours apply from 10:00pm to 7:00am to respect families and residents. This is a family-friendly residential complex; parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. Only the number of guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight. Please treat the apartment and shared facilities with care and respect. Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times, especially around balconies, stairs, and the pool area. The swimming pool is shared and must be used in accordance with posted building rules. Parking is provided for one vehicle only in the secure lock-up garage.

Other details to note This is a quiet, family-friendly residential complex. It has level access to the unit from the street, plus lift and stair access from the car park. In a nutshell, you can easily access the unit without having to worry about stairs. There are 2 entrances to the property, the front door has a digital lock which does require a small set of stairs to access. If this is a problem, we can arrange access via the backdoor instead, where there are no stairs to navigate, just let us know. Parking is provided for one vehicle only in a secure lock-up garage, with the lift leading up to the ground level about 10 metres away. The apartment is located on the ground level within a shared building and the unit is a level walk from the street or is accessible via lift or stairs from the car park. There is airconditioning in the living/dining/kitchen area. Bladeless fans are in each of the bedrooms. The beach is an easy walk downhill; please note the return walk is uphill, which may be a consideration for young children or prams. The swimming pool is shared with other residents and guests. The backdoor will have a ring doorbell operational from mid April 2026, it is non-recording and is there purely so that guests can contact us if required.
