Other details to note This is a quiet, family-friendly residential complex. It has level access to the unit from the street, plus lift and stair access from the car park. In a nutshell, you can easily access the unit without having to worry about stairs. There are 2 entrances to the property, the front door has a digital lock which does require a small set of stairs to access. If this is a problem, we can arrange access via the backdoor instead, where there are no stairs to navigate, just let us know. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property or within the complex, including the apartment, balcony, garage, and all common areas. Quiet hours apply from 10:00pm to 7:00am to ensure a peaceful environment for families and residents. Parking is provided for one vehicle only in a secure lock-up garage, with the lift leading up to the ground level about 10 metres away. The apartment is located on the ground level within a shared building and the unit is a level walk from the street or is accessible via lift or stairs from the car park. There is airconditioning in the living/dining/kitchen area. Bladeless fans are in each of the bedrooms. The beach is an easy walk downhill; please note the return walk is uphill, which may be a consideration for young children or prams. The swimming pool is shared with other residents and guests. The backdoor will have a ring doorbell operational from mid April 2026, it is non-recording and is there purely so that guests can contact us if required.

SMOKING AND VAPING No smoking anywhere on the property or within the complex, including the apartment, balcony, garage, and all common areas. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours apply from 10:00pm to 7:00am to respect families and residents. PARTIES AND EVENTS This is a family-friendly residential complex; parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. Only the number of guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight. Please treat the apartment and shared facilities with care and respect. CHILDREN Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times, especially around balconies, stairs, and the pool area. POOL The swimming pool is shared and must be used in accordance with posted building rules. PARKING Parking is provided for one vehicle only in the secure lock-up garage. PETS One dog is permitted by the complex by-laws, and only small/medium dogs are permitted. Unfortunately we cannot allow more than one dog. Our rules are pretty straight forward, we understand you are on holiday. If you need to go out, please leave your best friend in one of the bathrooms with a blanket or bed, the ensuite is ideal. The beach directly in front of you permits dogs, so they will love you for a daily walk there. We have dog blankets and a dog bed in the cupboard, please cover the couch and bed with a blanket if you best friend insists on snuggling on the couch or bed. We do have to charge an extra cleaning fee to make sure the unit is clean for the next guest. Also, it is a quick walk down the stairs to a lovely grassed area, please ensure you clean up after your pet at all times, there are bins in the garage area. Extra fees will apply if your dog damages the carpets or furniture.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rogers! This lovely apartment is well set up in a peaceful environment. Everything you’d need to have available to you to sleep, cook, shower & wash your clothes was easily achieved due to this well planned AirBnB. T.V. reception at times an issue but we understood from those living in the close Retirement village, they also experience same problems.

Roger is great host. Very responsive. The apartment is a perfect representation to his post on Airbnb. Location is very good too, his apartment is close to the beach in a very quiet neighbourhood.

Find us

Red Head is a quiet coastal village, best explored by car for flexibility, especially with kids or beach gear. However, public buses are available if you’re planning day trips or visits to nearby towns. Regional bus services (Route 309) run along Diamond Beach and Black Head, connecting to Taree and Forster on weekdays. You can catch it near Diamond Dr at the Diamond Beach shops. Rome2Rio +1 The 309 bus links you with Taree Central and Forster (via Black Head & Diamond Beach), making it possible to explore those towns without a car — though schedules are limited, so check current timetables before travelling. Tips for families: A car is highly recommended for easy access to beaches, cafés, shops, and attractions up and down the coast. The beach near the apartment is within walking distance — a pleasant stroll downhill (and uphill on the way back). If using the bus, plan around the weekday schedule and bring snacks/toys for little ones on longer stretches.
