OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE LOCATION The apartment is in Red Head, in the Hallidays Point area of the NSW Mid North Coast, between Forster and Taree. Please check the location carefully when planning your trip. This is a different location from Redhead near Newcastle, and the property is not on the Central Coast. ACCESS AND KEYS The apartment is on the ground level and uses keyed locks. There are two entrances. The front entrance is reached via a small set of steps, while the rear entrance provides level access from the street without using stairs. If you require level access via the rear entrance, please let us know before arrival so we can arrange this. Lift and stair access are also available from the secure car park. PARKING Parking is provided for one vehicle in a secure lock-up garage. The lift is approximately 10 metres from the garage and provides access to the apartment’s level. AIR CONDITIONING AND FANS Air conditioning is provided in the living, dining and kitchen area. Each bedroom has a bladeless fan. BEACH ACCESS The beach is an easy walk downhill. Please keep in mind that the return walk is uphill, which may be a consideration for young children, prams or guests with limited mobility. SHARED POOL The swimming pool is shared with other residents and guests. Please follow the building’s pool rules and safety instructions. RESIDENTIAL SETTING This is a quiet, family-friendly residential complex. Please respect neighbouring residents and observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. SMOKING AND VAPING Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property or within the complex, including the apartment, balcony, garage and all common areas. EXTERNAL CAMERAS A Ring video doorbell is installed externally beside the rear entrance. It does not record or store footage and is used to allow guests to contact us if assistance is required. As this is a shared residential complex, the owners corporation or building management may also operate external security cameras in common areas of the complex.
